In addition to Ms. Roberson and Ms. Able, the following individuals are members of the HomeNurse Board of Directors. These individuals provide key strategic direction and guidance to HomeNurse in terms of operations and quality of care.

Peter K. Brual, Chairman – Mr. Brual has over 13 years of healthcare start-up and management experience. Mr. Brual oversees the company’s new business development and strategic direction. Prior to HomeNurse, Mr. Brual served as Chief Operating Officer of a leading Georgia based home health care company. He managed and led the sale of the company to a large Atlanta hospital. Mr. Brual is a Principal of MBS/Intelligent Solutions, Inc., a corporate benefits firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Brual is also a private investor in early stage companies.

Mr. Brual is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served in the Army Infantry, earning Ranger, Airborne and Air Assault qualifications, and attaining the rank of Captain. Mr. Brual holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Brual was a nominee for the Ernst & Young/Merrill Lynch Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1994. Mr. Brual is a Past Treasurer and member of the West Point Society of Atlanta. Mr. Brual serves on the 2003-2004 Steering Committee for the State Board of Workers' Compensation. He is also a member of the Atlanta Claims Association, Georgia Self-Insured Association, Kellogg Alumni Association and the Ansley Golf Club.

Gail S. Finley, RN – Ms. Finley has over 30 years of nursing and home health care experience. Most recently, Ms. Finley founded one of Georgia's leading home health agencies, Liberty Home Health, Inc. Through Ms. Finley's leadership and vision, the company grew to one of the top providers in the state of Georgia. The company was sold to Georgia Baptist in 1995. Ms Finley was a finalist for the Ernst & Young/Merrill Lynch Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1995. Ms. Finley earned her nursing degree from South Georgia College. She is certified in psychiatric and mental health nursing by the ANCC.
