HomeNurse, Inc. was a proud sponsor
and participant in the 4th Annual Neil Pruitt,
Sr. Golf Classic held at Callaway Gardens in Pine
Mountain, Georgia. The
event, hosted by the Pruitt Corporation, is held annually
in honor of the late Neil Pruitt, Sr., Founder & CEO
of UHS Pruitt Corporation.
This was the most successful event to date, raising
over $144,000.00 for the United Hospice Foundation.
“The programs and initiatives of
the United Hospice Foundation continue to be far reaching.
The foundation provides families the much needed support
and education on coping with end- of- life experiences”,

About United Hospice Foundation
The United Hospice Foundation was established in 1998
through the generosity of corporate donors and the
grateful patients and families of United Hospice, Inc.,
the largest hospice provider in Georgia. Over the years,
the Foundation has supported end-of-life programs for the
general public and health care providers throughout the
state.
The Foundation is an independent, non-profit, 501 c (3)
organization that relies on donations and grants to
fulfill its mission. The Board of Directors is based in
Toccoa, Georgia. However, the Foundation’s home office
is located in Lilburn, Georgia, where it shares office
space and administrative support with United Hospice, Inc.
