Georgia Medicaid CCSP Program

The Community Care Services Program (CCSP) is a Medicaid waiver program that provides community-based social, health and support services to eligible consumers as an alternative to institutional placement in a nursing facility. The Georgia Department of Community Health’s (DCH) Division of Medicaid partners with the Division of Aging Services (DAS) within the Department of Human Services (DHS) for the operational management of the program.
